Hi, I’m Venezia Hartanto!
I am a Senior at UC Berkeley studying Cognitive Science.
I first started my UX career as the UX Designer and Researcher at ShelterTech, which is a non-profit organization in SF that helps homeless people to find resources, such as food or portable toilets. I was responsible for improving the UI UX of their site, which is called SFSG.
In Summer 2022, I had 2 internships as a UX Designer in Tastify and Product Designer in Sustainable Harvest. During this experience, I was responsible for designing, delivering design solutions, doing user research and usability testing, where I collected feedback from users and stakeholders which I later synthesized the insights and used them to improve the UI or UX Design of the product.
Also, my recent experience is my role as UI/UX Designer at my campus club called Web Development at Berkeley. Last semester, I worked with a series A startup called Convex located in San Francisco. I was responsible for designing the product from start to end, based on the insights that I got from research. Here is the result from our project.
Aside from my professional life, I love traveling that I have been to 50+ states and 20+ countries. I also love watching movies (especially K-Dramas), baking, and also exercising social impacts to improve our society <3.
